"Mind the gap!" is an expression meaning a visual or audible warning phrase to take caution while crossing the gap between the train door and the platform. The subject of this paper is to highlight the existing inequalities, even the case of East-West, and the necessity that, by political will and concrete economic and social measures, not only by warnings, mitigate these disparities for the benefit of the parties concerned. This means that, through continuous political awareness of these inequalities, paying attention to this scourge of today's world and implementing such measures in order to ensure a strategic game type win-win. The methods used in this paper are represented by primary data collected from international reports and situations about the status of today's world countries and national analyses published. All these data and information become base for the analyses of this issue and the emergence of valuable recommendations, rather than conclusions, regarding the counterbalance East and West, apart from the famous and classic example of David Ricardo regarding the theory of the international trade between the rich and developed North and the poor and underdeveloped/developing South, in Europe and the world. Awareness, alertness and prompt responses to all challenges and a balanced development type win-win, here they are the keys for a modus vivendi and sustainable evolution.

In our era, of globalization, of postmodernism, we may speak about modern ethic management. The complex and multilevel system which is the entity, i.e. firm, company, organization, is confronting with different challenges of the endogenous factors and exogenous factors (the natural and business environment). What we are interested in emphasizing the other modality of ruling an entity: the mismanagement. The mismanagement exists, not only in Romania, but all over the world, because in a competitive and open economy, not all the companies succeed, some of them go into insolvency, fail and disappear. Why? Either because managers' incompetence and inabilities, or intentionally, pursuing unorthodox interests, outside the firm and supported by the organization in question management. Thus, it come up the natural question: we can talk about "Ethics" in this situation, or we are talking about "a special Ethics", or we are not talking at all about Ethics? These issues we try to emphasize them and to find an approach to complete or to highlight the importance of Ethics as qualitative and substance element of today entities' activities. These are the types of entities which tend to globalize and to enter in different political and economic spheres of influence, at regional or international levels.

The strategic analysis is the process of identifying an organization's middle and long run position in relation to the external environment, its internal resources, the shareholders' skills, desires and influences. The essence of the competitive strategy consists in choosing a chain of activities different, mainly in structure, as qualitative features, from that of the competitors. If the same set of activities had been sufficient for producing all the products/services of the field of activity, meeting all the needs and solving all the problems regarding client accessibility, the operational efficiency would have been the factor that determined the company's profitability and/or a different execution from that chosen by the competitors for the same value chain. Market research provides the firm with information regarding the markets as a whole, or market segments with the best prospects, the price levels accepted by the market, the ways of distributing the products on the market, promotional actions, etc. Equally important for grounding the strategy are the macroeconomic forecasts, the field projections and the policies of the bodies regulating and supervising insurances. The overall organizational strategy would reflect the requirements of the national economic strategy, the strategy for Romania's integration into the European Union, in this case. This provides the guidance of the organization's development in accordance with the main macroeconomic developments foreshadowed for the following period. The human society evolves and develops according either to intrinsic (natural) laws and to so-called laws of motion imposed by the challenges, impulses, came from the actions of different components of it. The analysis conducted in this paper is considered as a precursor of the sequences of the human activities, or humanity general speaking, from ancient times, through the present times and towards the new trends in the theory of knowledge, in the manner of the discovery of what is "beyond" ("trans") humanity and the implications in the day-to-day life. Even this process is declining today, it is very important, not only for the pastoral and rural traditions, but also for the health status of population. Eco and bio-products from healthy livestock, living in healthy natural environment, that is on way to go in order to preserve life and health of the people. We've questioned also aspects of the superior level of transhumance: people migration, as a pulse motion and its impact on the daily facts and even some remarks on the refugees as ultimate stage of the migration (with intention to establish and work in the new locations).

During the last decades, the term postmodernity has been highly invoked, on the one hand, or ignored, on the other hand. It is a term that can be found in the writings of various philosophers and sociologists, and is almost ignored and less meaningful within the economic thinking. At first view and analysis, postmodernity is the successor of the modern age, modernity in other words. However, the concept has much deeper meanings; it regards the future, foreshadowing the new realities of today's world, which are very complex and dynamic, and come under endogenous and exogenous influences, activities and issues that are permanently under the influence of multiple and multidimensional challenges [7]. In fact, the period of globalization, of the new trends of the revolutionary ICT (Information and Communication Technologies), is believed to overlap the period of postmodernism.From the philosophical point of view, but also in consonance with the economic life and realities, the individuals and entities of any nature should be characterized by adaptability, the ability to respond promptly and appropriately to the impulses and reactions that affect that system.
